某子午轮胎结构有限元分析

摘 要: 研究针对某子午线轮胎的几何形状、内部结构和材料品种及性质的复杂性,选用Yeoh本构模型和Rebar模型模拟橡胶和帘线材料,通过有限元分析方法计算轮胎的静态接地中装配、充气和静负荷受力过程,与实验结果相比较,并对轮胎的危险区域进行等效应力、剪切应变、应变比能分析。轮胎各部分应力、应变及应变比能值的获得对进一步进行热疲劳分析奠定了基础,对轮胎结构改进工作也起到一定的指导作用。

Abstract: This paper aims to some radial tire which has complexity of geometry, internal structure and material breed and property. Yeoh mechanism model and Rebar model were used to simulate rubber and cord. Finite element analysis (FEA) was used to simulate assembly, shrink, inflated pressure and vertical load case, and the process of tire-ground under static contact was analyzed. The computing results were compared with experiments. Equivalent stress, shearing strain and strain energy potential were used to estimate the critical regions of the tire. The value of stress, strain and strain energy potential were recorded at every part of tire. It lays a foundation for further thermal fatigue analysis and plays a guiding role at improving the structure of type.
