船舶轴系动力学仿真研究

摘 要: 根据螺旋桨型值表,通过编程将二维坐标转化成三维点坐标,建立螺旋桨的三维实体模型,利用计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)软件仿真得到螺旋桨桨面三分量力和三分量力矩。利用有限元软件ANSYS得到尾轴承和轴的模态中性文件(modal neutral files, MNF),将尾轴承和轴进行柔性化处理,探讨主机启动瞬间尾轴承对轴系运转特性的影响。并利用有限元软件ANSYS与多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS进行联合仿真,成功解决仿真中数值发散的问题。

Title: The dynamic simulation study of ship shaft system

Abstract: Based on the propeller’s type value table, two-dimensional coordinate was transformed into three-dimensional point coordinates, the three-dimensional model of propeller was established through programming. The propeller blade surface three component force and three component torque were simulated and got using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software. Finite element software was used to get modal neutral files (MNF) of tail bearing and shaft. The influence of tail bearing and shaft at the moment of main engine start was discussed. The co-simulation using finite element software ANSYS and multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS was carried out, and the problem of numerical divergence was resolved successfully.
