水泥沥青砂浆弹性模量对高速列车-板式轨道系统空间振动响应的影响

摘 要: 基于高速列车-板式轨道系统空间振动分析理论,探讨板式轨道水泥沥青(cement asphalt, CA)砂浆弹性模量对高速列车-板式轨道系统空间振动响应的影响规律。利用ANSYS软件,对板式轨道在轮载及温度荷载作用下的内力进行计算;同时,分析水泥沥青砂浆弹性模量对于板式轨道内力的影响。结果表明:轨道板下面的填充层宜采用高强度、低弹性模量的水泥沥青砂浆材料;水泥沥青砂浆除了具有支承、填充、承力、传力功能外,还具有一定的弹性作用。最后提出了合理的水泥沥青砂浆弹性模量指标值的确定原则。

Title: Effect of elasticity modulus of cement asphalt mortar on spatial vibration of high-speed train and slab track system

Abstract: According to the analysis theory of spatial vibration of high-speed train and slab track system, the effect of elasticity modulus of cement asphalt mortar on spatial vibration responses of the system was studied. By using the ANSYS, internal forces of the slab track under the action of wheel loads and temperature load were calculated and the effect of elasticity modulus of cement asphalt mortar on them was also analyzed. The results show that the cement asphalt mortar with high strength and low-elasticity modulus should be selected as the fill-in layer under the slab; the cement asphalt mortar layer not only has the supporting, filling-in, force withstanding and transmitting functions, but also has the certain elastic function. At last, the principle for selecting the rational value of the elasticity modulus of the cement asphalt mortar was presented.
