轮轨非稳态蠕滑力的Kalker系数

摘 要: 使用Kalker三维滚动接触理论计算蠕滑率简谐激励时的非稳态蠕滑力,然后依据系统辨识理论分析蠕滑力与蠕滑率之间的传递特性。计算结果表明:在小蠕滑状态下,非稳态蠕滑力与蠕滑率之间仍可用Kalker线性理论公式描述,这时Kalker系数C11,C22是波长比L/a的一阶传递函数,C23是波长比L/a的三阶传递函数。使用扩展的Kalker线性理论公式可快速计算蠕滑率波动时的轮轨非稳态蠕滑力。

Abstract: The creep forces on non-steady states due to sinusoidally varying creepages were computed by Kalker 3D rolling contact theory and the system identification method of frequency response was used to fit unsteady creep force and creepage. Calculation result shows that under small creep condition, the creep forces on non-steady state can still be computed by the Kalker linear method, but in which the Kalker coefficient C11 and C22 are not constants but one order transfer function of wavelength ratio L/a, and C23 is three order transfer function of wavelength ratio L/a. The non-steady states creep forces due to creepage can be calculated according to extensional Kalker coefficient.
