考虑免疫接种的耐药TB模型的渐近性态

摘 要: 借助传染病动力学的建模思想,根据肺结核(tuberculosis, TB)的传播机理等建立耐药性肺结核的传播动力学模型。利用数学方法对模型进行定性分析,确定模型的基本再生数,证明了模型在一定的条件下存在后项分支,并确定了后项分支的分支点,同时对模型进行了数值模拟。

Title: Asymptotical behaviors of TB models with vaccination and drug-resistance

Abstract: A drug-resistant tuberculosis (TB) dynamics model with exogenous re-infection is built according to the mechanism of the spread of tuberculosis. By using the mathematical method, the asymptotic behaviors of the models are analyzed and the basic reproductive number of the model is obtained. And it is shown that there exists the backward bifurcation to the model under certain conditions and the turn points are obtained. In addition, the simulation for the model is carried out at the same time.
