基于带罚函数的二元Logistic模型的蔬菜种植农户生物农药采用意愿的实证分析

摘 要: 以江苏省丰县为例,运用带罚函数的二元Logistic模型,探讨蔬菜种植农户生物农药的采用意愿与主要影响因素。研究结果显示:具有女性、年龄在40岁以下、感知化学农药残留危害、受教育年限在9年及以上等个体特征和家庭蔬菜种植面积在5亩以下、非农业性年收入在3万元及以上、参加农业合作组织等家庭特征的蔬菜种植农户更愿意采用生物农药,政府补贴与政府农药施用的技能培训对蔬菜种植农户的生物农药采用意愿的驱动力不足。对此提出建立生物农药生产的农产品认证机制以及加大对生物农药采用的支持力度等政策建议。

Abstract: Applied a penalized Logistic model, this paper discusses factors affecting the willingness to use pesticides among vegetable farmer in Feng County, Jiangsu province. The results of the model demonstrates that vegetable farmers who have the personal features which are female, below the age of 40, with 9 years of education or more and recognizing the hazard of chemical pesticide residues, and the family features which are having an non-agricultural household income of above 30 000 RMB/y, an household planting area of below 5 Mu and participating in agricultural cooperative organizations, are positively correlated with their willingness to use bio-pesticides. Government subsidies and skill training of pesticide application don’t have enough driving force to bio-pesticides adoption willingness of peasant households who grow vegetables. So this paper proposes suggestions of establishing agricultural products certification policy for bio-pesticide production and increasing supporting for bio-pesticides adoption.
