钢柱脚锚栓连接抗剪性能试验研究

摘 要: 我国《钢结构设计规范》规定柱脚锚栓不能抗剪,水平力剪力应由底板和混凝土基础之间的摩擦力承担。国际上许多规范允许锚栓连接参与抗剪,因此如果能够利用锚栓连接的抗剪能力,将会给施工带来很大便利。考虑实际工程中的钢柱脚锚栓连接,开展5组共15个试件的试验研究,对影响锚栓连接抗剪性能的各种因素如锚栓直径、底板孔直径、垫板厚度等进行分析,最后提出锚栓连接抗剪承载能力设计值和极限值的计算方法。

Title: Experimental study on shear behaviour of anchor bolt connections at steel column base

Abstract: According to the Chinese Code for design of steel structures, the anchor bolt connection at the steel column base should avoid to resist the shear force due to wind or seismic action, and the shear force should be less than the friction between the base plate and foundation concrete. If the contribution of the anchor bolt connection in resisting shear force can be utilized, these difficulties due to setting of the shear lugs in construction may be overcome, as the capacity of such an anchor blot connection in resisting shear force is considered in some codes. The shear behaviours of the anchor bolt connection (such as bolt diameter, baseplate hole diameter and subplate thickness) are experimentally studied using 15 specimens in 5 series. The results are discussed in details with the key factors highlighted. Solutions for such a connection in shear are presented both for the design load and ultimate load.
