聚丙烯纤维高强混凝土高温后劈拉强度的研究

摘 要: 对添加不同掺量和不同直径的聚丙烯纤维的高强混凝土进行20~900℃范围内的温度作用,并对温度作用后的试件进行劈裂抗拉试验,探讨了高温对聚丙烯纤维高强混凝土的劈拉强度影响以及不同的纤维掺量和长度对劈拉强度的影响。结果表明:适宜掺量和长度下,聚丙烯纤维可明显提高高强能混凝土的抗拉性能,最优掺量为1.5 kg/m3,较优长度为8 mm,并且建立了温度与残余劈拉强度的数学关系式。

Abstract: In order to investigate the effect of high temperature (from 20℃ to 900℃) on the tensile splitting strength of high-strength concrete, the concrete samples mixed with different dosages and lengths of polypropylene fiber have been tested under different temperatures. The results show that the tensile properties of high strength concrete mixed with polypropylene fiber of different dosages and lengths obviously increase,the best dosage is 1.5 kg/m3,the better length is 8 mm, and the relationship between the high temperature and the tensile splitting strength is proposed in this paper.
