蒙特卡洛模拟钙钛矿超晶格的磁耦合

摘 要: 作为强关联电子材料,钙钛矿结构的超晶格在理论和实验上被广泛研究。La0.7Sr0.3MnO3/SrRuO3超晶格是钙钛矿超晶格的典型之一,具有独特的磁性。在三维的四角格子模型中,利用蒙特卡洛(Monte Carlo)方法模拟La0.7Sr0.3MnO3/SrRuO3超晶格的磁耦合,选取了不同的2组数据分别加以模拟,并对结果进行分析。在其超晶格界面上观察到反铁磁的耦合,并对反铁磁耦合强度的影响因素进行了简单探讨。验证了反铁磁的耦合强度会随La0.7Sr0.3MnO3/SrRuO3层数的比例变化而变化,并初步得出反铁磁的耦合强度随界面相互作用的系数减小而减小的结论。

Abstract: As strongly correlated materials, perovskite superlattices are investigated in the theories and experiments. La0.7Sr0.3MnO3/SrRuO3 superlattices are typical of perovskite superlattices, have unique magnetic properties. In the three dimensional model with tetragonal lattice, Monte Carlo method is used to simulate magnetic coupling in La0.7Sr0.3MnO3/SrRuO3 superlattices, and two groups of different data are selected to be simulated, with the results being analysed. Antiferromagnetic coupling is observed in the interfaces of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3/SrRuO3 superlattices, afterwards the influencing factors of antiferromagnetic coupling have been discussed simply. Antiferromagnetic coupling depending on the layer proportions of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3/SrRuO3 superlattices is proved, and the preliminary conclusion that antiferromagnetic coupling reduces with the decrease of the factors of the interfacial interactions is gotten.
