一种超高周疲劳寿命预测的新模型

摘 要: 在总结和比较现有疲劳寿命预测模型的基础上,提出基于应力水平、缺陷尺寸和位置的寿命预测模型。利用低强度Cr-Mo-V钢和高强度42CrMo钢的试验数据,对预测模型的有效性进行验证。结果表明:新模型预测疲劳寿命时数据分散性大幅降低,预测效果好。

Abstract: In this work, by comparing with existed fatigue life prediction models, a new model involving stress level, defect size and depth was proposed. The model was verified by using very high cycle fatigue results of a low strength Cr-Mo-V steel and a high strength 42CrMo steel. It was indicated that the model could correlate fatigue life very well as seen by the reduction of data scatter.
