基于Hertz接触碰摩模型的转子系统振动响应分析

摘 要: 以单跨双盘转子系统为研究对象,基于Hertz接触理论,建立了转定子定点碰摩模型,采用Newmark-β数值积分算法,研究转速和不平衡量对系统动力学特性的影响。研究结果表明:随着转速的增加,系统运动由周期1经过周期2和周期3,再到周期4,同时随不平衡量的增加幅值明显增加。研究结果为旋转机械的优化设计及研究旋转机械发生碰摩时的动力学行为提供依据。

Title: Vibration response analysis of a rotor system based on Hertz contact rub-impact model

Abstract: This paper used the single span double plate rotor system as the research object, based on the Hertz contact theory, established a node to the stator rubbing model, and adopted Newmark-β numerical algorithm to study the influence of speed and amount of unbalance dynamic characteristics of the system. The results of the study showed that, with the increase of rotating speed, the system movement changed from period 1 through period 2 and 3 turn to period 4. The amplitude obviously increased with amount of unbalance. The results provided a basis for the optimization design of the rotating machinery and the rotating machinery happened in the dynamic behaviors of rubbing.
