逆流机械通风式冷却塔框架结构静力学分析

摘 要: | 由于冷却塔的结构特性关联着其质量特性和使用特性,基于对冷却塔结构可靠性、稳定性和安全性的考虑,分析逆流机械通风式冷却塔的结构形式,借助Pro/E软件建立其三维实体模型,通过风载荷的计算并利用ANSYS Workbench 12.0软件对塔的框架结构进行静力学分析。分析结果表明:风载荷对冷却塔框架结构有一定影响,需要通过配置一定的工艺措施使其得到改善。 |

Abstract: | Due to the structural characteristics of the cooling tower associated with the quality features and usage characteristics, and based on the considerations of the reliability, stability, and security of the cooling towers structure, this paper analyzes the frame structure of mechanical draft counter-flow cooling towers, uses Pro/E software to establish its three-dimensional solid model, and then uses ANSYS Workbench 12.0 software for the frame structure’ static analysis after the wind load is calculated. The results show that the wind load has an influence on the frame structure of cooling tower, which needs to be configured with a certain process for its improvement. |
