基于iSIGHT平台近似模型方法的驱动轮屏蔽效能多目标优化

摘 要: 首先采集了驱动轮关于电磁屏蔽效能的仿真数据,再利用iSIGHT软件将电磁场仿真软件Ansoft HFSS中的数据经径向基神经网络(radial basis function, RBF)建立起近似模型;将试验设计(design of experiment,DOE)方法加入到近似模型中,对驱动轮的物理参数关于屏蔽效能的主效应和帕累托贡献率进行分析,从而确定设计变量,然后对驱动轮物理结构进行多目标优化。通过屏蔽效能优化结果得出:驱动轮的圆形屏蔽孔阵对于驱动轮屏蔽效能有很大影响,提高孔阵近场屏蔽效能的有效方法是减小孔的规格。

Title: Multi-objective optimization of shielding effectiveness of propulsive wheel based on the approximate model method in iSIGHT platform

Abstract: This paper collects the simulation data of the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness in the propulsive wheel, which were imported from Ansoft HFSS software to iSIGHT software in order to build relationships between physical parameters of the propulsive wheel and shielding effectiveness, which is based on radial basis function (RBF) neural network. The design variables are determined by analyzing the design of experiment (DOE), which focuses on the main effects and Pareto contribution rate of its physical parameters on shielding effectiveness, then the multi-objective optimization is used to optimize its standards of shielding effectiveness. The paper draws a conclusion from the optimization results of shielding effectiveness: considering that the round holes have a great effect on shielding effectiveness, the effective method to improve the shielding effectiveness is to reduce the specification of holes.
