冷铜表面结冰特性试验

摘 要: | 针对材料表面结冰强度的评价标准和方法的不足,自制了材料表面结冰强度测试装置,并对紫铜进行了结冰强度试验。试验结果表明:采用的测试装置能保证试验的重复性和可靠性,也能够真实反映材料结冰强度特性。紫铜材料结冰强度测试表明:随冷表面初始温度降低及其表面结冰强度增大,冻结时间对结冰强度的影响关系呈现快升—突降—慢升过程。结合显微观察分析指出:结冰强度的突降是由于冷表面上冻结水珠的体积膨胀引起冻结界面层切向应力蓄存以及表面霜层的延伸覆盖引起了界面层的破坏和重组,其中,初始界面层附近霜层的回融结冰对界面层接触直径和应力的影响占主导。 |

Abstract: | According to the shortcomings of the evaluation criteria of ice strength,the material surface ice strength test device was made, and the copper strength test was carried out. The results show that the device can ensure repeatability and reliability test, but also truly reflect the properties of icy material strength. Copper icy strength experiments show that the ice strength increases with the decreasing temperature of cold surface and presents fast-sags-slow process with the freezing time. The microscopic observation analysis shows that: the sags of icing intensity is because the freezing volume expansion caused the freezing interfacial shear stress changing, and extension and covering of the surface frost caused the destruction and reorganization of the interfacial layer. Initial interface layer near the back of the frost layer melting and icing is dominated by the influence of the interfacial layer. |
