基于有限元法的真实加工表面接触性能分析

摘 要: 直接使用原始轮廓的测量关键点,在有限元软件中利用参数化设计语言(ANSYS parameter design language,APDL)编程直接读入关键点,根据由底到上的建模思想编程建立真实的粗糙表面模型。通过静力分析刚性平面和粗糙表面的接触,并最终得出接触过程中的面积、载荷、压力和变形等信息。与接触实验结果对比显示,仿真结果具有一定的可信度。结果表明:接触变形随接触压力成幂指数增长,接触刚度(法向刚度)随平均压力也近似成幂指数增长。

Title: Analysis on contact performance of real machined surface based on finite element method

Abstract: Firstly, this paper solves the problem by measuring the profile of the machined surface, processing the position data, inputting the position data to finite element software directly by ANSYS parameter design language (APDL) programming and creating the solid model of the real rough surface. Then it statically analyzes the contact between the rough surface and a rigid flat plane and gets the relation of contact area, load, pressure, deformation and so on. The results show that the simulation has good effect. Contact deformation exponentially increases with contact pressure, and downward normal contact stiffness exponentially increases with average pressure.
