双机械端口电机的测速用旋转变压器控制系统设计

摘 要: 针对混合动力车用的双机械端口电机控制系统设计时对速度传感器的要求,采用鲁棒性好的磁阻式旋转变压器作为其速度传感器。分析了磁阻式旋转变压器的工作原理,采用AD2S1200设计了磁阻式旋转变压器的激磁电路和解码电路。最后,通过TMS320LF2407型数字信号处理器(digital signal processor, DSP),与AD2S1200芯片之间的串行通信,读取转速信息,实验结果证明了设计的合理性和正确性。

Title: Control system design of resolver as speed sensor for dual mechanical ports electrical machine

Abstract: This paper focused on the speed sensor requirements of dual mechanical ports machine control system for hybrid electric vehicle. Magnetic reluctance resolver with good robustness was chosen as the speed sensor. The principle of magnetic reluctance resolver was analyzed, and then the excitation circuit and decoding circuit were designed based on AD2S1200. At last, the speed signal was gotten by the serial communication between DSP TMS320LF2407 and AD2S1200, and the experiment results proved the correctness and rationality of the design.
