微结构热辐射器的光谱调控特性分析

摘 要: 建立了钨表面光栅结构表面等离子体色散模型,采用时域有限差分算法,研究了微腔谐振效应和表面等离极化激元对微结构热辐射特性的作用,分析了几何结构、光谱、偏振特性等参数对微结构热辐射器发射特性的影响。优化设计了在光谱响应波段内具有优异发射特性的微腔孔阵列结构热辐射器,研究结果对热光伏(thermo-photo-voltaic,TPV)电池辐射器的设计有很重要的理论意义和应用价值。

Title: Spectral control characteristics of radiator with microstructure

Abstract: The present paper is concerned with plasma dispersion relations for tungsten grating surface, and the finite-difference time-domain method is adopted to study the effect on radiative characteristics of microstructure due to the microcavity resonance and the surface plasmon polaritons (SPPs). Parameter studies on key performances variables, such as geometry dimension, spectrum and polarization, are analyzed on emission characteristics of the radiator with microstructures. A radiator with rectangular array structures of square holes is optimized the geometry design with well emission performance at the spectral response band. The results show the important theory significance and practical application value in designing the radiator of the thermo-photo-voltaic (TPV) cell.
