高灰煤深度分选工艺研究

摘 要: 利用由柴油、表面活性剂和水以一定比例复合而成的新型乳化药剂,对山西太原煤进行浮选试验研究。研究的主要目的是借以提高起泡剂的用量来降低捕收剂的用量,从而降低油耗,提高经济效益。着重试验了捕收剂与起泡剂用量对浮选指标的影响,以确定两者之间的用量关系。试验结果表明:在油用量为4.06 kg/t、起泡剂用量为0.55 kg/t时,达到了较好的效果,使太原高灰煤的灰分由38.68%降低到17.43%,从而达到了降灰的目的。

Title: Research on deep cleaning technology of high ash coal

Abstract: The paper uses a new type mulsion reagent composed of diesel, surfactant and water mixed on a certain proportion to perform a flotation test on coal of Taiyuan in Shanxi. The aneurpose of this paper is to reduce the dosage of collector by improving the dosage of foaming agent, and thus to reduce oil consumption and increase the economic benefits. The paper focuses on the tests of the influence of the collector dosage and foaming agent dosage on the flotation indexes to determine the relationship between them. The results showed that when the oil consumption was 4.06 kg/t and the dosage of foaming agent was 0.55 kg/t, a good effect was achieved, and the ash content of Taiyuan high ash coal was decreased from 38.68% to 17.43%, so the purpose of reducing the ash content of coalis achieved.
