大型直线振动筛下横梁静力学仿真分析

摘 要: 以某大型直线振动筛下横梁为研究对象,利用Solidworks软件建立其有限元模型,并运用Solidworks-Simulation软件对其进行静力学仿真分析,分析运算结果,同时对比了下横梁上各个受力面的应力及其分布。分析结果表明:在下横梁槽钢上表面的中间位置、1/3以及1/6位置处应力最大,存在应力集中现象,容易最先出现裂纹,并根据分析结果为下横梁的改进提出了一些建议。

Title: Static simulation analysis of lower crossbeam of the large-scale linear vibration screen

Abstract: This paper takes the lower crossbeam of one kind of the large-scale linear vibration screen for study, establishes its three-dimensional model with Solidworks software, and takes static simulation analysis with Solidworks-Simulation software, analyzes calculation results and contrasts stress of each weighted surface of the lower crossbeam and its distribution. The analyzed results indicates that stress of middle, 1/3 and 1/6 positions on the upper surface of channel of the lower crossbeam is the largest, where stress concentration exists and crack appears easily firstly, and provides several advices for improvement of the lower crossbeam according to analyzed results.
