中国主要河流生活排污沉积物与河口沉积物中多溴联苯醚分布特征与迁移转化研究

摘 要: 在全国范围内,选取珠江(P)、闽江(M)、淮河(H)和松花江(S)四大主要河流为研究区,采集主要生活排污口以及河口附近沉积物样品,对其中的多溴联苯醚(或二溴联苯醚)(polybrominated diphenyl ethers,PBDEs)含量水平和其迁移转化过程进行研究。研究结果表明,多种PBDE同类物(congeners)在生活排污沉积物以及河口沉积物样品中均有不同程度检出。河口地区沉积物样品中,∑PBDEs 和BDE-209含量分别为0.35~14.27 ng/g和0.28~37.40 ng/g,且其含量递变规律为:珠江>闽江>淮河>松花江。而各河流生活排污沉积物中∑PBDEs和BDE-209含量普遍远高于河口地区沉积物,含量变化范围分别为16.64~160.22 ng/g和37.08~867.53 ng/g,其中最高值均出现在淮河样品中。此外,由于PBDEs在迁移转化过程中会发生降解,且沉积物处于水生环境中,因此对可能影响PBDEs降解的pH值等进行了分析。同时,对PBDEs降解过程中的一些组分特征和特殊比值的变化也进行了讨论。

Title: Distribution, transportation and transformation of PBDEs in living sewage sludge and estuarial sediment from main river area of China

Abstract: In this study, living sewage sludge and estuarine sediment samples were collected from Pearl River, Min River, Huai River and Song Hua River of China to detect the content level of polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) and their transportation and transformation in environment. The results showed that the concentration of ∑PBDEs and BDE-209 in estuarine sediment were 0.35-14.27 ng/g and 0.28-37.4 ng/g, and the levels were changed in the order of Pearl River>Min River>Huai River>Song Hua River, However the contents of ∑PBDEs and BDE-209 in living sewage sludge were 16.64-160.22 ng/g and 37.08-867.53 ng/g respectively, which were almost higher than estuarial samples. The highest values of both ∑PBDEs and BDE-209 appeared in Huai River. After PBDEs were released to environment, they would be partly or totally degraded. As the sediment is in an aquatic environment, pH was chosen as an influencing factor to be studied. Furthermore, the characteristics of some congeners and special value were also researched.
