CANON工艺影响因素研究进展

摘 要: 与传统硝化反硝化工艺相比,单级自养脱氮(completely autotrophic nitrogen removal over nitrite, CANON)工艺具有曝气量低、污泥产量低和无需外加有机碳源等优点,并被认为是一种经济、环境友好型脱氮工艺,在水处理技术中有独特的应用潜力。在总结已有研究成果的基础上,探讨温度、pH值、溶解氧(dissolved oxygen,DO)、无机碳源(inorganic carbon,IC)及自由氨浓度和自由亚硝酸浓度等主要影响因素对CANON系统启动及稳定运行的影响,为序批式生物膜反应器CANON系统的快速启动及长期稳定运行提供理论依据,为其工程运用提供理论基础,并对CANON工艺未来的研究方向进行展望。

Abstract: Compared with conventional nitrification/denitrification processes, completely autotrophic nitrogen removal over nitrite (CANON) has low aeration requirements and low sludge yield, and does not require carbon. Thus, this technology is considered as a kind of economical and environment friendly denitrification process, which posses a unique application potentiality. Based on the available published literatures, this paper assessed the influence of temperature, pH value, dissolved oxygen (DO), inorganic carbon (IC), free ammonia concentration and free nitrousacid concentration on the CANON process. This review could not only provide theoretical basis for starting up the CANON process within a shorter period and long term stable operation, but also provide theoretical basis for its application. Finally, the future study directions in this field are prospected.
