N掺杂Cu2O的制备及其可见光催化活性研究

摘 要: 以水合肼为还原剂,采用化学沉淀法制备Cu2O和N掺杂Cu2O,并用紫外分光光谱仪进行表征。以亚甲基蓝为目标化合物,考察制备样品在可见光照射下的掺杂量、溶液浓度、催化剂投加量、光催化时间、光源等因素对催化性能的影响。研究表明:与未掺杂的Cu2O相比,N掺杂Cu2O具有明显的可见光活性,其中1.8% N-Cu2O光催化效果最好,3.5 h时降解率达73.0%.

Abstract: Using hydrazine hydrate as reducing agent, pure Cu2O and N-Cu2O were prepared by chemical precipitation and they were also characterized by ultraviolet spectrograph. Taking methylene blue as the target compounds,the effects of the doping content under visible light, solution concentration, catalyst amount, photocatalytic time, light source on the catalytic performance were investigated. It was found that the N-Cu2O had a better photoactivity compared with pure Cu2O. The degradation of 1.8% N-Cu2O could reach to 73.0% in 3.5 hours with the best photocatalytic activity.
