拉萨市生态城市评价指标体系的构建及应用

摘 要: 根据生态城市的建设原则和拉萨市的发展定位,利用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process, AHP)构建了拉萨市生态城市评价指标体系,并利用这一指标体系对拉萨市城市发展历史数据进行分析和评价。另外,从非平衡统计力学的角度探讨了拉萨市生态城市系统的结构形成和演变的动力学规律,结合自组织特征映射网络算法,指出了不同年份拉萨市生态城市系统结构模式的变化,为理解生态城市演化系统中组元的变化机理及相应的调控提供了量化上的依据。

Title: Construction and application of the assessment system for city sustainable development in Lhasa

Abstract: Based on the principle of eco-city construction and development direction of Lhasa, the eco-city evaluation index system has been constructed using analytic hierarchy process (AHP). According to this evaluation index system, historical data of Lhasa was analyzed and assessed. The dynamic law of eco-city pattern formation and evolution was also discussed based on non-equilibrium statistical mechanics. Eco-city pattern changes in different years were analyzed by invoking self-organization character mapping. This study provided quantitative bases for understanding the mechanism of component changes and its control in eco-city succession system.
