基于R&D模型的中国知识增长效率区域差异的研究分析

摘 要: 主要探讨我国各地区知识增长效率是否存在差异,科技水平落后地区是否存在追赶科技水平高的地区的现象。运用永续存盘法对2004年至2009年我国大陆各地区(除西藏)的知识存量作出估计,以R&D模型中的知识生产函数为基础,通过引入虚拟变量的邹志庄检验,根据我国科技统计数据建立关于区域差异的知识增长效率方程。发现科技水平高的地区R&D经费和R&D人员的生产效率高于科技水平一般和落后的地区。科技水平落后地区的知识增长加速度要快于科技水平高的地区,即存在着追赶情况。但是科技水平一般地区的知识增长加速度与科技水平高的地区无异,因此它们之间的差距将越来越大。

Title: Analysis on regional differences in knowledge growth efficiency of China based on R&D model

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to explore whether the regional differences of knowledge growth efficiency exist, and whether the phenomenon of the areas in low technology level catching up with the high ones exists. This paper estimated the stocks of patent application in Mainland China (except Tibet) from 2004 to 2009 by perpetual inventory method. Based on the knowledge production function in R&D model and China’s science and technology statistics data, the equation about regional differences in knowledge growth was built by ZOU Zhichuang-test. Furthermore, this paper found that the production efficiency of R&D funding and R&D staff of the high technology level areas is higher than the low technology level areas, but the growth acceleration in the low technology level areas is higher that that in the high technology level areas, so the low ones are catching up with the high ones. However, the growth acceleration of the general technology areas is the same with the high ones, so the gap between them will become bigger.
