硅胶吸附等温线的评述与实验测定

摘 要: 已知某种硅胶的吸附等温线对设备除湿与再生过程的模拟和设计与控制的优化有重大意义。对比了文献中所提到的不同硅胶(包括RD硅胶、ID硅胶、Al3+掺杂硅胶)的各种吸附等温线表达方式,它们的曲线形状和对温度的响应情况略有差别,其中Al3+掺杂硅胶的吸湿能力最强。然后对某种硅胶颗粒的20℃/40℃吸附等温线进行了实验测试,与已知方程对比,并得到该硅胶颗粒的吸附等温线的形状因子为0.6.

Title: Review and experimental measurement of silica gel’s adsorption isotherm

Abstract: The given adsorption isotherm of silica gel is important for simulating the process of dehumidifying and regenerating of the equipment and optimizing the design and control. This paper reviews and compares the various adsorption isotherms in of different silica gels (including RD silica gel, ID silica gel and silica gel with Al3+) literature. which differ in curve shape and the corresponding to temperature, and among them the moisture absorption ability of silica gel with Al3+ is the best. Then the adsorption isotherm at 20℃/40℃ of a king of silica gel is measured. Compared with those from literature, the adsorption isotherm shape factor of this silica gel particle is 0.6.
