重庆市湖(库)水源热泵系统取水技术研究

摘 要: 以重庆市典型湖(库)——彩云湖为对象,开展重庆市湖(库)水的水温、水质时空分布特征研究,并根据重庆市湖(库)水源特征提出适宜于重庆市水源热泵(water source heat pump,WSHP)系统的取水技术。研究表明:重庆市彩云湖夏季月平均水温在26~30℃,冬季月平均水温在11~15℃,是一种具有良好品质的冷热源;彩云湖夏季水温在垂向上具有明显的分层现象,冬季水温垂向分层不明显。重庆市湖(库)水作为水源热泵的冷热源,水质基本满足水源热泵机组对水质的要求,其中pH值、浊度和叶绿素a具有垂向分布特征,而硬度和矿化度无明显垂向分布特征。根据水温、水质时空分布特征,得出湖(库)水取水口宜设于湖(库)中下层,对重庆市湖(库)热泵系统的取水方式可采用渗滤取水、泵车(缆车)取水、浮船取水和自流管(虹吸管)式取水等。研究为重庆湖(库)水源热泵系统设计提供了基础数据以及科学依据,也为湖(库)水源热泵系统高效应用与推广提供技术支撑。

Title: Research on water intake technology of water source heat pump system in lakes and reservoirs of Chongqing

Abstract: In order to develop intake technology of water source heat pump (WSHP) in lake and reservoirs system, temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of water temperature and quality and water features were carried out in Caiyun lake in Chongqing. The results showed that the average water temperature of Caiyun lake in Chongqing was 26-30℃ in summer, 11-15℃ in winter, indicating that Caiyun lake was a suitable hot and cold source of WSHP. The water tempature had obvious vertical stratification in summer, but not obvious in winter. As the hot-cold source of WSHP, the quality of the lake meets the basic requirements of water source heat pump structure. pH, turbidity and chlorophyll a had obvious vertical stratification characteristics while hardness and salinity did not have. According to temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of water temperature and quality, water intake should be located in the middle or lower of the lake. Intake ways of infiltration diversion, pump, floating ship and siphon were suitable for lakes and reservoirs of Chongqing. This study provided the basic data and scientific basis for design of lake and reservoir water in Chongqing, also promoted technical support for the efficient application and spread of water source heat pump system of lakes and reservoirs.
