基于低阶模态的传感器位置优化技术研究

摘 要: 针对所关心的结构模态阶次,将有效独立法引入海洋平台结构,对基于模态识别的传感器优化布置进行研究,旨在将最少数量的传感器布置在最优的位置上,从而有效、准确地识别出结构的模态参数。首先以五自由度质量弹簧模型为例进行数值模拟,验证该方法的正确性,然后建立JZ20-2MUQ海洋平台的数值模型,开展大型复杂三维结构研究。数值结果表明:研究发展的基于低阶模态参数的传感器位置优化技术,能够针对不同的模态识别目标确定最优的传感器数量及相应位置,具有一定的工程应用前景。

Abstract: Concerning structural modal order, this paper proposed a sensor optimization method for offshore platforms based on the effective independence method, which can take into account different optimization purpose of lower order mode/modes. The validity of the proposed method is verified using a five-DOF mass-stiffness numerical model. Furthermore, this method is proved to be correct, and then a numerical model of JZ20-2MUQ platform is employed and a large-scale and complex three-dimensional structure is investigated. Numerical results indicate that the sensor positions of sensor optimization based on lower order modal parameters can define the optimal the number and positions of sensor according to different modal Identification target, which has certain engineering application prospects.
