一种延长管井寿命的方法

摘 要: 在实地调查基础上,认真分析了管井损坏的原因,发现潜水泵段滤水管强度偏低,受外力作用影响而破裂是管井报废破坏的重要原因。提出了过滤器管管壁局部加强措施,即在潜水泵段采用强度等级较高的钢筋混凝土开窗过滤器管替代无砂混凝土过滤器管。实践证明,利用该种方法可以延长管井使用寿命,社会效益、经济效益显著。

Abstract: Based on actual investigation and through careful analysis on the damage causes of pipe wells, it was found that the main reason for destroy of pipe well was pipe rupture by external force due to the low intensity of submersible pumps Duan filter pipe. In thie paper, the method of strengthening the filter pipe wall partially was proposed: using armored concrete windowing filter tube to replace the nothing grit concrete filter tube in submersible pump Duan. The practice proved that this method can extending tube well life, which produces significant social and economic benefits.
