药库环境监控系统硬件实现方案设计

摘 要: 结合医院的实际情况,提出了一种简单实用的药库环境监测系统硬件实现方案。该方案以RS-485转以太网模块为中央处理单元,把温度、相对湿度、粉尘、水浸、烟雾传感器的数据上传到上位机(计算机),在上位机编程即可实现对库房环境的监控。然后通过全球移动通信系统(global system for mobile communications,GSM)模块把警报信息发送给管理员,以便管理员及时处理异常。该方案简单易于实现,适合大多数医院自主建设。

Title: Hardware scheme design for monitoring environment of drug storage

Abstract: In this paper, combined with the practical situation of the hospital, a simple and practical hardware realization scheme of diug storage environment monitoring was proposed. In this scheme, the data of temperature, relative humidity, dust, water immersion and smoke sensor were sent to the upper machine (computer) by RS-485 to ethernet module. The drug storage environment monitoring could be achieved by programming in the upper machine. Then the warning messages were sent to administrator through a global system for mobile communications (GSM) module, so that the administrator could deal with exception in time. This scheme is simple and easy for realization, so it is suitable for independent construction of most hospitals.
