钻柱信道内传输井下信息载波的频带选择

摘 要: 结合载波频带的相关理论设计了实验方案,研究了利用钻柱信道传输井下信息的载波频带特征,综合考虑理论及实验结果,提出了载波频带选择的原则。主要结论为:声波在钻柱中传输时存在带阻频率和带通频率,带阻频率范围内声波衰减及失真严重,带通频率范围内声波衰减及失真较小;带通声波随着频率的增加,衰减增大;钻柱结构差异对带通分布有影响,但对低频段影响较小,即存在较为稳定的低频带通;噪声主要处于低频带。选择传输井下信息载波的频带时,要选择低频带通且对钻柱结构差异不敏感的频带;对待噪声,可以采取选取的频带避开噪声频以及在钻头和声发射装置之间安装工具或结构衰减掉噪声的措施。

Abstract: The experimental scheme was designed considering the related theory. Band characteristics of acoustic wave, which was used to transmit information in the drill string information channel were studied, and the acoustic wave frequency selection principle was proposed through the combination of theory and practice. The following conclusions were obtained: when transmitting in the drill string information channel, acoustic wave was divided into band-resistance frequency and band-pass frequency. Acoustic waves in the band-resistance frequency range attenuation and distortion was severe, but acoustic wave in the band-pass frequency range attenuation and distortion was slight. Furthermore, band-pass wave attenuation increased with the increase of frequency. Drill string structure difference affected the distribution of band, but the effect was small on low-frequency, indicating it was a stable low frequency band-pass. Noise was mainly distributed in the low frequency band. When choosing acoustic wave frequency bands to transmit information, the low frequency band pass which was insensitive to the drill string structure difference should be selected. For noise treatment, the selected band should avoid noise band or dampen noise by installing special tools or structure in the drill bit and acoustic emission device.
