胜利褐煤低温氧化与自燃倾向特性

摘 要: 为更深刻理解煤炭低温吸氧、氧化及其自燃的复合氧化过程,以胜利褐煤为研究对象,利用研究室设计的脉冲煤氧吸附量测试法,测定不同粒度及不同矿物质脱除程度的胜利褐煤吸氧量。考察煤样在不同温度下氧吸附量的变化规律,结合燃烧热重分析,共同确定煤样的燃烧反应性能。研究结果表明:煤样的吸氧量随温度的提高而增加;随煤颗粒尺寸的减小,吸氧量提高,且其燃烧反应活性也随之提高;随着矿物质脱除程度的增加,煤样吸氧量下降,燃烧反应活性随之降低。

Abstract: In order to gain a deeper understanding of composite oxidation process of coal low-temperature oxygen, oxidation and spontaneous combustion, taking Shengli lignite as research subjects and using laboratory design pulse coal oxygen adsorption test method, the lignite oxygen uptake was determined with different particle size and different demineralization degree. Furthermore, the variation rule of the oxygen adsorption of the coal samples at different temperatures was investigated. Combined with combustion thermal gravimetric analysis, the combustion reaction performance of the Shengli lignite was determined. The results indicated that the oxygen uptake of the coal samples increased with the temperature increasing. The oxygen uptake was also increased with the reduced size of the coal particles, and the combustion reaction activation was increased as well. While the oxygen uptake decreased with the increasing of demineralization degree of the coal samples, and combustion reaction activation was also decreased.
