生物质流化床定向气化特性研究

摘 要: 主要研究了气化温度、空气当量及催化剂的添加等对木屑、花生壳和麦秆等生物质流化床气化特性的影响。研究结果表明:木屑气化产气具有较高的CO和H2含量,低位热值(lower heat value, LHV)也较高;在800℃下,随着空气当量比的增加,产气量由1.14 m3/kg增加至1.93 m3/kg,而产气热值由7.09 MJ/m3 下降至3.26 MJ/m3;随着气化温度的升高,生物质气化气产量、可燃气含量及产气热值都有明显提高,说明高温有利于生物质的气化;催化剂的添加有利于提高产生物质气化气的品质和脱除焦油,然而生物质气化对催化剂的催化具有一定的选择性,且气化温度对催化剂催化性能的发挥也有一定的影响,高温有利于催化剂作用的发挥。

Abstract: The influence of gasification temperature, air equivalent ratio and catalyst addition on the gasification property of three biomass samples such as sawdust, peanut shell and wheat straw in fluidized bed was studied. The results showed that the gas products from sawdust gasification had higher CO and H2 content, and the lower heat value (LHV) was high. At 800℃, with the increasing of air equivalent ratio, gas yield increased rapidly from 1.14 to 1.93 m3/kg, while LHV decreased from 7.09 to 3.26 MJ/m3. Further more, with the increasing of gasification temperature, the gas yield, combustible gas content and LHV enhanced greatly, indicating that high temperature was favorable for biomass gasification. The addition of catalyst is of benefit to the upgrading of gas product quality from biomass gasification and the removing of tar. However, the gasification of the biomass was selective about catalysis of catalysts, and the gasification temperature had effects on the catalytic performance of catalysts. High temperature was better for the full use of catalyst.
