风力机翼型多目标气动性能优选设计方法

摘 要: 以翼型升阻比和气动噪声作为翼型主要优选目标,建立风力机翼型的多目标优选设计方法,包括利用Bezier曲线对翼型几何进行参数化建模,使用位势流动与边界层迭代(interactive boundary-layer,IBL)的流动分析方法计算翼型流场,采用Brooks-Pope-Marcolini(BPM)翼型自噪声半经验模型预测气动噪声,利用均匀试验优选方法求得优选翼型。以S809翼型为例,对翼型进行优选设计计算,结果表明优选翼型在设计工况下,升阻比提高,噪声降低,优选翼型获得比原始翼型更好的气动性能。

Abstract: In this paper, taking lift-drag ratio and aerodynamic noise of the airfoil as the optimization objectives, the multi-objective optimization method of wind turbine airfoil was established, including describing airfoil geometry using Bezier curves, calculating airfoil flow field using interactive boundary layer (IBL) flow analysis method, predicting aerodynamic noise using the Brooks-Pope-Marcolini (BPM) airfoil self-noise semi-empirical model for predicting aerodynamic noise, and getting the optimized airfoil using uniform design optimization method. Taking S809 airfoil as an example, through the optimum design caculation on its airfoil, the results showed that the lift-drag ratio of optimized airfoil was increased and the acoustic level was decreased in operating conditions, and optimized airfoil got much better aerodynamic performance than the original airfoil.
