富氧燃烧过剩空气系数的测算修正

摘 要: 河南油田节能监测站在对油区4处应用富氧燃烧(oxygen enriched combustion,OEC)技术的锅炉、加热炉实施测试总结时发现:当前相关标准方法关于空气系数的计算公式没有考虑OEC工况的特殊性和局限性;炉窑OEC时采用常规空气系数计算公式会造成误差,从而导致对锅炉、加热炉节能监测工作产生影响。为解决这些问题,对OEC时过剩空气系数测算公式进行修正,把常规计算公式中的氧气常数20.9修正为变化的实测富氧浓度;通过4组测算实例说明了修正公式的准确性、合理性,便于同行和炉窑运行操作技术人员正确地指导燃烧配风调节,促进节能减排工作。

Abstract: When summarizing the measurement results of 4 oil area by means of oxygen enriched combustion technique of boiler and heat stove tests, the oil-field economy energy monitoring station in Henan province found that the calculation formula on current related standard method concerning air coefficient had no consideration about the specificities and limitations of oxygen enriched combustion work condition. The errors would produce when calculating the stove kiln oxygen enriched combustion using the regular formula of normal air coefficient calculation, thus would cause the influences on monitoring the economy energy of the boiler and heat stove. In order to solve these problems, our research focused on the revision on the formula for calculating the excess air coefficient of oxygen enriched combustion. The oxygen constant 20.9 in regular formula was revised into the real measurement value of rich oxygen concentration. The revised formula was proved to be accurate and rational through 4 groups of measurement examples, and it facilitated to guide the peer and operation technical personnel to regulate the combustion and breeze of stoves and kilns, thus it could promote the work of economy-saving emission reduction.
