炼焦煤粗煤泥深度分选新工艺研究

摘 要: 针对目前干扰床分选机(teetered bed separator,TBS)分选粗煤泥过程中常出现的尾矿“跑精”问题,提出了一种彻底分选粗煤泥的新工艺,即将TBS与螺旋分选机优势互补并结合磨矿浮选工艺分选粗煤泥,对大武口金能分厂粗煤泥进行可行性试验。试验结果表明:该新工艺可有效解决TBS分选过程中出现的上述问题。在大武口金能分厂的TBS尾矿中回收产率可达27.36%~34.22%的精煤,具有良好的经济效益。

Title: Study on new separation process of coking coarse coal slime depth

Abstract: According to the current problem that the cleaned coal is often misplaced into the tailings in the separation process of coarse coal slime by the teetered bed separator (TBS), this paper proposed a new technology that could maximize the recovery of cleaned coal from the coarse slime. This technology combined the advantages of TBS and screw separator, then used the flotation to float cleaned coal from the screw separator after grinding. The feasibility experiments were performed on the coarse slime from Jinneng plant of Dawukou. The experiment results showed that the new process could resolve the problems mentioned above effectively, and the recovery rate of the TBS tailings could reach to 27.36%-34.22%, which would bring good economic benefits.
