可用于水溶造腔含夹层型盐的研制

摘 要: 以国内层状盐岩造腔工程为背景,开展含夹层型盐材料研制试验。以国内天然层状盐岩为材料原型,以盐粉、石膏粉末、松香、沙粒和酒精等为原料,基于型煤压制原理,经过多次配比试验,研制出一种含夹层盐岩相似材料,其基本力学特征和水溶特征与天然含夹层盐岩相似。

Title: Experimental study on bedded salt rock used for water soluble cave building

Abstract: In the context of domestic bedded salt rock cave building projects, the test of mezzanine salt material was performed. The test was based on prototypes of the domestic natural bedded salt rock and used salt powder, gypsum powder, rosin, sand and alcohol as raw materials. Based on the principle of briquette repression, after several ratio tests, a kind of mezzanine salt rock material was developed. The basic mechanical characteristics and water soluble characteristics of this developed material are similar to the salt rock containing natural interlayer material.
