闭坑矿山沉陷区煤矸石回填治理技术研究

摘 要: 针对宁国闭坑矿山采煤塌陷区的环境现状,提出使用遗弃煤矸石回填治理沉陷区的技术方案,采用实验室试验分析煤矸石回填工业地基的可行性,采用强夯法加固煤矸石用作建筑地基工程。优化强夯施工参数,采用ANSYS软件分析了在矸石回填地基上兴建大型工业厂房的稳定性和可能性。工程实践结果表明:强夯加固煤矸石回填沉陷区兴建工业厂房效果显著,且经济易行、施工便捷,在采煤沉陷区环境综合治理中具有广泛的推广应用价值。

Title: Research on management technique of gangue backfill in coal mining subsidence area

Abstract: According to the environmental state of coal mining subsidence area in Ningguo, this paper proposed the technology scheme of taking abandoned gangue to backfill subsidence area. The feasibility of backfilling foundation with gangue was analyzed using laboratory experiments, and the dynamic compaction method was taken to reinforce gangue for construction of foundation projects. Furthermore, the parameters of the dynamic compaction construction were optimized, and the stability and possibility of building industrial workshop in the backfill area were analyzed by ANSYA software. Engineering practice results showed that it had a significant effect of industry workshop construction using consolidation coal gangue for backfilling subsidence area. This scheme is easy and economic to implement, so it has extensive application value in environment comprehensive management of coal mining subsidence area.
