钢纤维混凝土拱形支护结构荷载与变形关系试验分析

摘 要: 结合煤矿巷道支护应用情况,对素混凝土和钢纤维混凝土2种支护结构进行模型试验,分析了在荷载作用下支护结构中荷载与应变的关系及荷载与位移的关系。将两者对比发现,钢纤维混凝土支护结构具有良好的柔性变形能力,模型截面环向极限应变可达600 με,而素混凝土仅为300 με. 模型结构极限承载力结果表明,钢纤维混凝土支护结构具有更高的承载能力。

Abstract: Combined with the supporting application of coal mine roadway, model test was conducted to both plain concrete supporting structure and steel fiber concrete supporting structure. The load-strain relationship and load-displacement relationship in supporting structure were investigated under loading. Through the comparison of two supporting structures, it was found that steel fiber concrete supporting structure showed good flexible deformation ability, and its circumferential ultimate strain reached 600 με, but the circumferential ultimate strain of plain concrete supporting structure was only 300 με. The ultimate bearing capacity of the model structure showed that steel fiber concrete supporting structure had higher bearing capacity.
