飞机整体壁板成形方法与数值模拟研究进展

摘 要: 飞机整体壁板因其结构效率高、重量轻、刚性好等突出优点在航空航天飞行器上得到日益广泛的应用,但此结构的成形具有一定难度并仍存在许多问题,因此受到飞机制造公司和研究者的高度重视。研究在介绍飞机整体壁板的分类、优点、结构特点和应用的基础上,分析了整体壁板的主要成形方法的成形原理、优缺点及其在国内外多种型号飞机整体壁板成形中的应用情况,简要回顾了数值模拟技术在板料成形中的应用,并详细阐述了此技术在整体壁板各成形方法中的研究进展。

Abstract: With the high efficiency, light weight and good rigidity, integral panels have been widely used in aeronautic and astronautic aircrafts. However, the forming of the integral panels is difficult and many problems still remain. The research of the accurate and high-efficiency integral panel forming methods have become an important research aspect of aeronautic manufacturing engineering. In this paper, the classifications, advantages, characteristics and applications of the aircraft integral panels were introduced. Then the principles, advantages and disadvantages of some main forming methods were analyzed, and the applications of those forming methods on many types of aircrafts were also presented. Finally, with a mainly revision of the numerical simulation method used in the sheet metal forming, the research progress of numerical simulation in the integral panel forming was depicted.
