冷表面结霜问题研究

摘 要: 结霜现象在工程应用的各个领域普遍存在,严重影响了设备的正常运行。结霜过程复杂且不易控制,因此对结霜现象的观察及其规律的深层次研究至关重要。国内外学者关于结霜现象、结霜规律及结霜机理等进行了大量的研究,取得了很好的成果,同时也发现了一些问题。在总结归纳国内外学者对结霜问题研究历程的基础上,详细阐述了目前结霜动态影响因素、霜层物性及霜层生长规律等的研究成果和研究现状,并对结霜研究过程中存在的问题进行了简要分析。

Title: Study on the problem of frosting at the cold surface

Abstract: Frost exists generally in various engineering application, it seriously affects the normal operation of those equipments. Frosting process is complicated and difficult to control. The deep research on the frosting and its rules is very important. The domestic and overseas scholars had done a lot of researches on frost phenomena, frost rule and frost mechanism, and achieved very good results. At the same time, some problems were also found. In this paper, based on the summarizing the frosting research process, the current situation about the frost dynamic influence factors, frost layer property and frost layer growth law were described in details. Furthermore, the problems existing in the research process of the frosting were also briefly analyzed.
