压缩机组不对中故障动力学特性分析

摘 要: 以某压缩机组为研究对象,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,基于联轴器变形几何关系和受力分析,推导出激振力的表达式,并基于等效轴段法建立转子系统联轴器偏角不对中故障动力学模型,对不同程度不对中故障下低压端转子的径向振动响应进行仿真分析。研究表明:随着不对中量的增加,转子的振动增大,不对中故障变得更加明显,且二倍频所占比例增大,转子的轴心轨迹呈现香蕉形或外八字形。所得结论为联轴器不对中故障的研究提供了理论依据。

Title: Dynamic analysis of misalignment fault in a compressor unit

Abstract: In this paper, taking compressor unit as the research object, using ANSYS finite element software, the expression of the excitation force was deduced based on coupler deformation geometric relations and stress analysis. Furthermore, the dynamic model with angle misalignment fault was established based on equivalent shaft section method, and the radial vibration responses of the low pressure rotor were simulated under varying degrees of angle misalignment fault. The research showed that with an increasing amount of the misalignment, the rotor vibration increased and the misalignment fault became more evident. Meanwhile, the ratio of the double frequencies increased and the shaft center orbit presented a “banana” shape or “8” shape. This research provides theoretical basis for the study of misalignment fault of the coupler.
