含稀土Ce大热输入焊缝金属的组织转变行为

摘 要: 研究了含稀土Ce大热输入焊缝金属的组织转变行为,实测了双丝埋弧焊焊缝金属的热循环曲线。发现双丝埋弧焊大热输入焊缝金属存在一次热循环粗晶区热影响区(coarse-grained heat affect zone, CGHAZ)和二次热循环临界再热粗晶热影响区(intercritically reheated coarse-grained heat affect zone, IRCGHAZ)。含稀土Ce大热输入焊缝金属的显微组织由稀土Ce的氧硫化物诱导的针状铁素体(acicular ferrite, AF)和先共析铁素体组成。一次热循环CGHAZ和二次热循环IRCGHAZ的显微组织由AF、感生针状铁素体(sympathetic acicular ferrite, SAF)、先共析铁素体和粒状贝氏体组成。SAF在具有高密度位错的一次AF上形核长大,与一次AF有相贯线。粒状贝氏体在AF和SAF附近的高碳奥氏体区形成。含稀土Ce的大热输入焊缝金属显微组织有晶粒自细化能力,这确保焊缝金属有高的低温冲击韧性值。

Title: Microstructure transform behavior of large heat input weld metals with rare earth Ce

Abstract: In this paper, the microstructure transform behavior of the large heat input weld metals with rare earth Ce was studied and the weld thermal cycle curves of double-wire submerged welding were measured. The results showed that the weld metal by double-wire submerged welding had one time thermal cycle coarse-grained heat affect zone (CGHAZ) and two time thermal cycle intercritically reheated coarse-grained heat affect zone (IRCGHAZ). The microstructures of the large heat input weld metals were comprised of acicular ferrite (AF) and proeutectoid ferrite induced by Ce oxide sulphide particles. The microstructures of CGHAZ and IRCGHAZ were comprised of AF, sympathetic acicular ferrite(SAF), proeutectoid ferrite and grain bainite. The first AF with high density dislocation could induce SAF nucleation. The place of the AF inducing SAF nucleation had transfixion curve. The grain bainite nucleated in the austenitic zone with high carbon content was closed to AF and SAF. The microstructures of the large heat input weld metals with rare earth Ce had ability to grain self-refinement, which made it high notch toughness values at low temperature.
