带有导流叶片的向心涡轮内部确定性非定常干涉现象研究

摘 要: 导流叶片和转子叶片之间存在的确定性干涉现象影响向心涡轮的气动性能、噪声特性和转子叶片的可靠性。导流叶片尾迹是导致转静之间发生干涉现象的一个主要因素。使用非定常数值计算方法,对一台带有导流叶片的向心涡轮内部三维非定常流场进行计算,主要关注转子叶片的势流效应、转子叶片对导流叶片尾迹形态产生的影响和尾迹在转子叶片槽道内的输运特性。研究发现:转子叶片对气流的阻滞会在其上方产生高静压区域,在周向不均匀压力梯度作用下,导流叶片尾迹发生周向摆动现象,在叶根位置附近,摆动的幅值较大。导流叶片尾迹在转子叶片槽道内输运距离有限,不能穿过转子叶片槽道。

Title: Interaction investigation of deterministic unsteady flow in a radial turbine with guide vanes

Abstract: The interaction between the guide vanes and rotor can influence the aerodynamic performance, noise and fatigue life of blades, and the wake from guide vane is a main resource for the interaction. In this paper, a 3-dimension numerical simulation was performed in a radial turbine with guide vanes to focus the interaction between guide vanes and rotor blades. The results showed that a high pressure field could be induced by the leading edge of the rotor due to the blocking. Furthermore, the wake of the guide vane oscillated with a certain amplitude due to that the pressure gradient exited along the circumferential direction, and the oscillation phenomenon was extremely obvious near the hub. Meanwhile, the guide vane’s wake transported downstream with a limited distance and could not be founded at outlet of the rotor.
