磨合对柴油机颗粒物排放影响的实验研究

摘 要: 文章主要论述了柴油机颗粒物(particulate matter, PM)测试的两种方法,分别为全流定容稀释采样系统(constant volume sampling system, CVS)和部分流稀释采样系统(partial flow sampling system, PFSS)。对这两种方法进行优缺点比较,并选定PFSS作为本研究的测试方法。研究采用AVLSPC472颗粒采样装置,对某16缸V型柴油机在磨合过程前后的尾气中颗粒物的质量流量进行测量,并通过计算求得该柴油机的微粒排放量。对磨合前后的计算值进行对比,得出该型柴油机经磨合后尾气中颗粒物有所下降。

Title: Experimental study of the running-in influence on the PM emission from a diesel engine

Abstract: This paper mainly expounded two methods of testing the particulate matter (PM) emission from the diesel engine: the constant volume sampling system (CVS) and the partial flow sampling system (PFSS). Through comparing these two methods, PFSS method was selected as the basis of the research. Armed with the AVLSPC472 particle sampling device, the PM emission before and after the running-in of a V-type-16-crock diesel engine was measured. Furthermore, the emission load was obtained through calculation. By comparing the test results, the PM emission was found to be reduced after the running-in period.
