直流偏磁条件下电工钢片磁特性的测量研究

摘 要: 考虑大型电力变压器发生直流偏磁现象时,难以对其运行特性做出较准确的分析和判断,利用双爱泼斯坦方圈装置对大型电力变压器铁心采用的30ZH120型电工钢片在4种不同搭接下的磁化曲线进行测试。给出实验条件下直流偏磁磁密的测量方法,及偏磁条件下的磁化曲线和损耗曲线。在与模型变压器测量结果对比可以看出,直斜搭接方式更能真实反映变压器工作于直流偏磁条件下的磁特性。为难以进行磁特性测量的大型变压器提供了简便的测量方法,并为变压器直流偏磁测量问题的理论研究提供了实验依据。

Abstract: In order to reveal the accurate analysis and judgment on the operating characteristics of transformer under the DC bias, this study utilized two Epstein square devices to measure the magnetization curves of some certain transformer which used the 30ZH120 electrical sheet under four different overlaping joints. This paper provided the measure method of the DC bias magnetic density under laboratory conditions and offered the bias magnetization curves and the loss curves. The consequence comparison between the electrical sheet and the transformer model showed that direct-oblique way lap could more realistically reflect the magnetization characteristic of transformer working in the DC bias conditions. Therefore, this research provided a convenient measurement methods for large transformer which was difficult to measure the magnetic properties, and offered the experiment basis to the theory study of the DC bias transformers.
