铜基板上Co基催化剂直接催化合成碳纳米材料的研究

摘 要: 利用Co基催化剂在Cu基体上采用化学气相沉积(chemical vapor deposition,CVD)法成功获得了不同结构的碳纳米材料。通过控制反应温度、碳源载气比例等可以获得鱼骨状、竹节状和螺旋状等不同形貌的碳纳米纤维(carbon nanofibers,CNFs)。Y掺杂Co催化剂能够明显改变催化剂的催化性能,获得纳米多孔CNFs(p-CNFs).

Abstract: The carbon nano-materials with different structures were directly synthesized by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) on copper substrate using Co based catalyst. By adjusting the process parameters, such as reaction temperature and carbon source feedstock, carbon nanofibers (CNFs) with herringbone, bamboo or helical structures were controllably obtained. Y doping significantly altered the catalytic property of Co, which induced porous CNFs (p-CNFs) formation.
