Sr2SiO4: Eu,Dy中Ba2+和Ca2+部分替代Sr2+发光性能的研究

摘 要: 采用传统固相烧结法在还原气氛(H2+N2)中制备了Eu2+,Dy3+共掺杂的SrxBa(2-x)/2Ca(2-x)/2SiO4:Eu2+,Dy3+陶瓷粉料。采用X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)对其物相进行测试分析,分析表明随着x的减小,衍射峰出现小角度位移。采用荧光光谱仪测试材料的激发光谱、发射光谱特性。光谱分析结果表明:所制备的发光粉体激发光谱为宽带发射;随着x值的减少,其发射谱由x=2时的548.0 nm依次蓝移到x=0时的479.4 nm,实现了在这个范围的可控位移。

Title: Investigation on luminescent properties of Sr2SiO4: Eu, Dy by partial Ba2+, Ca2+ substitution for Sr2+

Abstract: Phosphors of SrxBa(2-x)/2Ca(2-x)/2SiO4: Eu2+, Dy3+ were prepared by the conventional solid-state sintering method in a reduction atmosphere (H2+N2). X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis confirmed that there were small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) with the decrease of x value. Luminescent properties were studied with excitation spectra and emission spectra by the fluorescence spectrophotometer. The results exhibited broadband peaks in the excitation spectra. The peaks in the emission spectra had a blue shift from 548.0 nm (x=2) to 479.4 nm (x=0) with the decrease of x value.
