高锰钢中奥氏体热形变对马氏体相变的影响

摘 要: 对高锰钢进行热形变后水淬,利用扫描电镜(scanning electron microscopy,SEM)和背散射电子衍射(electron backscatter diffraction,EBSD)对纵剖面不同区域组织及取向进行观察分析,集中考察奥氏体形变对马氏体相变的影响。结果表明:从边缘区域到中心区域,形变程度增大,奥氏体取向由较散分布逐渐转变为稳定取向{101},马氏体亦逐渐减少,六方马氏体(ε-M)变体类型单一化,变体交叉促进立方马氏体(α′-M)相变作用的减弱,动态再结晶晶粒尺寸细小,内部缺陷多,取向遗传其附近奥氏体取向。综合作用导致形变奥氏体有效抑制了马氏体的产生,尤其是体心α′-M.

Title: Effect of thermal deformation of austenite on martensitic transformation in high manganese steel

Abstract: After hot deformation and water quenching of a high manganese steel, the microstructure and orientation in different regions of the longitudinal section, especially the effect of thermal deformation of austenite on martensitic transformation, was analyzed and determined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD). The results show that deformation degree increased from edge to center of sample. The orientation of austenite rotated to {101} gradually. The volume fraction of martensite decreased at same time. The hexagonal martensite (ε-M) variant number reduced gradually, which weakens the ε-M interaction. The dynamically recrystallized austenite with small grain size contained more crystal defects, and inherited the orientation of nearby parent austenite. These features of austenite restrained the martensite formation, especially the body-centered cubic martensite (α′-M).
