退火对Cr掺杂Heusler合金Ni-Mn-In马氏体相变行为的影响

摘 要: 采用X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)、交流磁化率及磁化强度的测试研究了不同温度退火对Ni50Mn31.5Cr2In16.5铁磁形状记忆合金马氏体相变行为的影响,结果表明,部分Cr替代Mn明显提高了材料的马氏体相变温度。低于973 K的退火温度使材料表现出良好的一步马氏体相变,而高于1 073 K的退火温度使材料发生了相分离,马氏体相变表现为两步相变。同时发现:伴随着马氏体相变,材料的磁化强度发生了很大变化,马氏体相变温度在磁场作用下明显向低温移动。

Title: Effect of annealing on martensitic transformation of Cr-doped Ni-Mn-In Heusler alloy

Abstract: In this paper, the martensitic transformation behavior of Ni50Mn31.5Cr2In16.5 alloy annealing at different temperatures was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), AC susceptibility and magnetization measurement. The results showed that the martensitic transformation temperature was markedly increased by the partial substitution of Cr for Mn. For the sample annealing at 973 K, one-step martensitic transformation could be observed. However, with increasing annealing temperature (above 1 073 K), the alloy decomposed into two phases and a two-step martensitic transformation was observed. In addition, a large magnetization change across martensitic transformation was observed and the martensitic transformation temperature was obviously downshifted by the magnetic field.
