枸杞多糖抗氧化及改善糖尿病糖脂代谢功能的研究进展

摘 要: 对枸杞多糖(Lycium barbarum polysaccharides,LBP)在抗氧化及调节糖脂代谢方面的作用进行综述,阐述了LBP主要通过提高机体抗氧化能力保护胰岛细胞功能,从而降低血糖水平。此外,LBP还可以通过调节机体相关细胞因子,发挥改善胰岛素抵抗及血脂代谢的作用。综述为LBP在治疗糖尿病患者的临床应用提供了理论指导。

Abstract: This paper summarized the function of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP) on antioxidation and regulating diabetic blood glucose and lipid metabolism. LBP could protect the islet cell by increasing the body antioxidant capacity, and therefore decreased the level of diabetic blood glucose. In addition, LBP was able to regulate the body related cytokines to improve insulin resistance and lipid metabolism. This review provides theoretical guidance for clinical application in the treatment of patients with diabetes.
